Glasgow welcomes the Commonwealth

Representatives of the 71 nations and territories of the Commonwealth have been arriving in Glasgow by air, sea, road and rail to compete in the games.

Athletes from the South Pacific island nation of Kiribati look happy to be here after a journey of more than 8000 miles.
